Kingsway fire station

Kingsway fire station was built in 1969 by the Borough of Derby Fire Brigade.

The Station covers a large area of risk, which is made up of residential, industrial, commercial, shopping and public entertainment sites.

The present establishment at Kingsway is a Station Commander and 40 Wholetime Firefighters split into 4 watches, Red, Blue, Green and White, giving 24-hour cover staffing.
