Ascot Drive fire station

 

Ascot Drive fire station is situated to the South-East of Derby City only a mile and a half from the City centre.

 

The station was built in 1974 and houses two front line fire appliances and a high rise vehicle all of which are permanently crewed by Wholetime Firefighters. 

  

There are 66 personnel employed at the Station to serve the community.

There are 4 shifts on the station identified as Red, White, Blue and Green Watch.
The Station manages risk over a wide range of residential, commercial, retail, industrial and leisure type premises within its own turnout area.
