Bradwell Fire Station

Bradwell fire station was built in the early 1960’s and has a 1-pump bay with a Land Rover bay at the side.

The station also has a community fire safety room available.  The pump is a front line appliance and turns out to all incidents from cats up trees to major fires.  The Land Rover is shared with our sister Station Hathersage.

There are at present 9 personnel on call at the Station, 7 on 24 hour call and 2 on 12 hour day cover.  The community fire safety room is available to any group/person who wishes to use the facility for a meeting/party/etc. Station personnel invites groups to come along and learn about fire safety and how to prevent fires. We receive approximately 100 calls a year and are working with the community to reduce this by education and prevention.
